  • ✗ Please find the attachment.

✓ Please find the report attached.

I've attached the report。

  • ✗ Kindly revert at your earliest convenience.

✓ Could you get back to me by Friday?

  • ✗ Noted with thanks.

    ✓ Thanks, noted.

Thanks for letting me know 或 Got it, thanks。

  • ✗ Can we discuss about the budget?

✓ Can we discuss the budget?

如果想用 about,可以寫 talk about the budget。

  • ✗ Please reply me as soon as possible.

✓ Could you reply by Wednesday?

reply 後面要加 to:reply to me。

  • ✗ Please be informed that the office will close at 5 p.m. today.

✓ Just to let you know, the office will close at 5 p.m. today.

Please be informed that 是舊式通告用語,語氣冷淡。Just to let you know 更自然友善。

  • ✗ Looking forward to hear from you.

✓ I look forward to hearing from you.

    look forward to 的 to 是介詞,後面要用 -ing 形式,所以是 hearing,不是 hear。

  • 用 Could you…

Please find attached

正確,Please find attached the report 或 Please find the report attached 都可以,只是語氣比較正式。 I've attached the report 或 The report is attached。

Kindly revert

Could you get back to me by Friday? 或 Please let me know.

Just following up on my email from Monday.,再給一個清楚的期限和原因,例如 Could you let me know by Thursday so we can confirm the booking? 避免寫 Why haven't you replied?

Noted with thanks

Thanks, noted.、Thanks for letting me know.
