WhatsApp 和 Teams 職場英文
工作上的 WhatsApp 和 Teams 訊息，和電郵很不同：要短、要快、要友善。寫得太正式，例如 "Please be informed that…"，在聊天室裏反而顯得生硬。
這裏整理了 30 句母語同事每天都會發的短訊，由早上問候到下班說再見，每句都附中文意思和使用時機。直接複製、改一兩個字，就可以用。

常見錯誤
✗ I will late 5 minutes.
✓ I'm running 5 minutes late.
late 是形容詞，不能當動詞用。說 I'm running late 或 I'll be 5 minutes late。
✗ Sorry for late reply.
✓ Sorry for the late reply.
reply 是可數名詞，前面要加 the。也可以說 Sorry, just seeing this now!
✗ Please find the attached file.
✓ Here's the file.
Please find attached 是電郵的寫法，在 WhatsApp 或 Teams 用會顯得很生硬。
✗ Already sent.
✓ Just sent it!
只寫 Already sent 有時聽起來不耐煩，好像在說「我早就發了」。Just sent it 語氣友善得多。
✗ Pls send me ASAP.
✓ Could you send it over when you get a chance?
這句缺少了 it，而且 ASAP 加上命令語氣會令人覺得被催促。除非真的急，否則用較溫和的說法。
✗ Noted.
✓ Noted, thanks!
單獨一個 Noted 有時顯得冷淡。加上 thanks，或改用 Got it, thanks!，語氣會親切得多。
實用貼士
- 工作短訊可以省略主語，例如 Running late、Will do，這在聊天中很自然。
- 請人幫忙時加上 when you get a chance，語氣會溫和很多，對方不會覺得被催促。
- 回覆要快。就算未有答案，也可以先說 Let me check and get back to you.
- 一個感嘆號或簡單的 emoji 可以令語氣更友善，但對客戶或上司要適可而止。
- pls、thx 等縮寫在熟悉的同事之間可以用，對新同事、客戶或高層最好寫完整。
常見問題
WhatsApp 用 "Noted" 會不會不禮貌？
單獨一個 Noted. 有時會顯得冷淡，好像不太想理會。加幾個字會好得多，例如 Noted, thanks! 或 Got it, thanks!。對上司說 Noted with thanks. 也可以，但在聊天中略嫌正式。
怎樣用英文說「我遲到幾分鐘」？
最自然的說法是 Running 5 mins late, sorry! 或 I'm running a few minutes late.。不要說 "I will late 5 minutes"，late 是形容詞，不是動詞。
下班後收到工作訊息，怎樣禮貌地回覆？
如果不急，可以說 Thanks, I'll look into it first thing tomorrow.（謝謝，我明天一早處理。）這樣既有回應，又表明你明天才會跟進。
傳送檔案時要寫 "Please find attached" 嗎？
"Please find attached" 是電郵用語。在 Teams 或 WhatsApp，簡單說 Here's the file. 或 Just sent it over. 就可以了。
"ASAP" 會不會太急？
會，ASAP 聽起來有點命令的意味。如果不是真的很急，可以說 when you get a chance；如果真的急，就說明原因，例如 Could you send it by 3? The client is waiting.
