＝ 稍後再回到某個話題、再跟進
會議和電郵最常見。可以用來把話題暫時放下，但用得太多會像「打官腔」，最好說明甚麼時候再談。
簡單解釋
想像你繞了一個圈（circle），最後回到原來的位置（back）。
circle back 就是「先處理別的事，稍後再回到這個話題」。例如開會時遇到未有答案的問題，主持人會說 "Let's circle back to that."
它有時是真心想稍後再談，有時只是禮貌地把話題拖延，所以聽的人要留意對方有沒有說明時間。

circle back 後面不能直接加話題，要用 to（或 on）。
✗ I'll circle back you tomorrow.

說「再聯絡某人」時要用 circle back with sb，不能直接加人。

back 已經有「回來」的意思，再加 again 就重複了；也要補回 to。

只說 circle back 而不定時間，容易被視為敷衍。加上具體時間，對方會更放心。

- discuss with our factory → check with our factory：discuss 後面要有討論的內容（discuss it with），而且這裡只是確認資料，用 check with 更準確。
- circle back you later → circle back with you by Friday：補回 with，並把含糊的 later 改成具體日期。
- Sorry for any inconvenience caused 太公式化，又沒有真的造成不便；Thank you for your patience 更正面。

circle back 和 get back to 有甚麼分別？
意思很接近。get back to sb 更日常、更中性；circle back 多了「先繞去處理別的事，再回來」的感覺，較常在會議裡用來暫緩某個話題。
別人說 "Let's circle back on this"，我應該怎樣回應？
